Policies
Sprouts Enrollment Policy: By signing this form, You are enrolling your student for the current session of Sprouts.
Each Session is $169, due upon sign up.
Launch Technique, Elevate & Ignite Enrollment Policy:
By signing this form, You are enrolling your student for Season 9, which begins when you register and ends June 15th of 2026
Each class is $89, due on the first of each month, beginning when you sign up and ending June 15th, 2026.
If you fail to make a payment or payment plan before the 15th of the month, your child(ren) will be automatically dropped from their class(es)
To cancel your enrollment, you must
Notify us via email (voicemail or verbal cancellation is not accepted)
Send it at least 30 Days prior to your drop out date
You are responsible for any charges between your notification and your actual drop out date.
Understand all membership benefits not received by cancelation date will be forfeited going forward
No Refunds
A credit card must be on file at all times.
If you are more than 10 minutes late picking up your child, you will be charged a $50 Late Fee.
You may not leave a dancer under age 12 unattended outside because we are not responsible for your student before class.
Drop Procedure
Attendance
Attendance - We have no required attendance for our Launch Technique dance classes, however we do not offer refunds for missed classes.
For our musical theatre program, performers can only miss 3 times before they will be at risk for losing their role.
Arrival and Pick Up
Be sure your performer arrives 5 minutes before his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. If a teacher has to wait more than 10 minutes after their scheduled time with your student, you will be charged a $25 Late Fee.
It is required for dancers under age 12 to have a guardian drop them off and pick them up.
You may not leave a dancer under age 12 unattended AT ANY TIME. Your dancer's safety is of the utmost importance to us!
Missing Class - If you know your student will be gone, please email us at admin@thrivecreativedance.com and let us know the reason your student will be out.
Make up classes - No make up classes are allowed at this time.
Snow Days - We will post on facebook, as we as text parents, when we close due to weather. We do not always follow the school closings.
Code of Conduct
Students
Be respectful, kind, and supportive of yourself, students, and Thrive staff. Work hard with a positive attitude. Participate in class to the best of your ability. Bullying will not be tolerated.
Parents
Be respectful, kind, and supportive of yourself, students, and Thrive staff. If you can encourage your dancer for their hard work, perseverance and good attitude, they will take these skills past the dance studio and into other areas of their lives!
Thrive Staff
Kindly teach new dancers the rules and expectations of class. Help students uphold the studio expectations by verbally reminding them of the rules. Demonstrate a positive attitude and a kind heart for students to model. Listen to student and parent concerns. Recognize each dancer as a person above all else.
